Sim City 2000 was a very successful game, so when Maxis/EA started creating Sim City 3000 they didn't want to ruin any of the "magic" that it had. This unfortunately meant that there weren't that many new features, so a lot of SC2000 fans read the reviews and decided not to buy it.

Maxis/EA have already said there will be a sequel, so hopefully through this site we can tell them what we want to see in it, and together we can create the ultimate Sim game.

Have a read through the ideas on the site, and then contact me with your own suggestions or comments. Your own ideas should be emailed to me using our contribution form, and comments on existing ideas can either be emailed or posted to our forum. Please also take a couple of minutes to fill in the feedback form, so that I know how I can improve this site.

Lastly please note that I have no official connection with Maxis/EA, so there are no guarantees that any of the ideas on this site will be used. I have contacted them more than once to ask them to have a quick look at this site (and so have several other people), but I've never had any form of response or acknowledgement. They could well be reading though, and the more popular the site gets the more likely it is that they'll come see...

Also please note that as far as I know Maxis haven't started making the game yet, so please stop emailing me asking for screenshots, release date, minimum spec. and other info that I simply don't have!
