About Sim City 4000
When is it going to be released?
A recent magazine interview with the developers apparently cited release for towards the end of 2002, but I don't know how accurate that is.
Why don't you have any screenshots/downloadable demos of the game?
All relating to Sim City 4 is sketchy at the moment. There are a couple of screenshots floating around that appeared in the magazine interview, but I have no intention of breaching copyright and sticking them up. There certainly aren't any demos of the game out yet (why do people keep emailing me asking for them!)
Site questions
I sent an idea to you several weeks ago but haven't heard anything. What's going on?
This means one of three things:
- I'm snowed under with ideas and will get to yours as soon as I can (most likely).
- Your idea was rejected.
- You didn't leave a valid email address to allow me to get in touch with you to tell you that your idea has been added to the site.
Why is this site called the Sim City 4000 idea centre, when the next Sim City game will be called Sim City 4?
This site was created shortly after the release of Sim City 3000, so 'Sim City 4000' seemed like the logical name for the next in the series. I actually prefer the name 'Sim City 4', however I have no plans to change the site name after all this time :).
