| I've just uploaded a set of brand new Sim City 4 screenshots that you won't have seen anywhere else. They've been kindly provided by our friends over at Computer Shopper magazine, so expect a full review of the new game in the mag in the near future. Thumbnails for the screenshots are below, click on them for the full size (1024x768) version. Post any comments on these new images to this thread on our forums. |

Yes I am still alive, and so, it seems are Maxis! The first concrete news on the next Sim City game has been revealed in a magazine interview with the developers. The article isn't available online (and as far as I know this is a US magazine so I can't easily get a copy), but some scans are available, and some sketchy details on the game are available on the sc3000.com forums.
So this means a slight change of focus for this site. Rather than providing general ideas for the next Sim City game we can now say what we want to see in the game and what we think of the existing plans. I'm going to be on the look out for as much Sim City 4 news as I can find (if you run a site covering it please email me), and I've also got stacks of suggestions to put on this site. So don't go anywhere! |

| If you have a look under the links to the left you'll see I've spent hours and hours (ok 5 minutes) in Photoshop knocking up a very swanky button which you can add to your site to link to the Sim City 4000 idea centre. I've also fixed the "last updated" date in the top right hand corner of this page which was stuck on May 2000 for some reason! As I said, more content updates coming in the next few days... |

| I've finally got around to fixing up the news page, and I've also altered the Stylesheet stuff on the site to get around a horrible Netscape bug which was causing a few of you problems. Expect some content updates over the next week or so. |

| A few minor updates to the strating off and transportation pages. I've also moved the link for the starting off page to the top of the list as it seems like a more logical place to have it. Hopefully this should prompt a few more suggestions for that section, which many people seem to skip over. |
